It looks like one of the hottest selling HD-DVD players on eBay right now is the very affordable Toshiba HD-A2 player. Normal retail on teh HD-A2 is $299.99, but currently there are auctions ending for prices around the $200 mark.
The HD-A2 is a great entry level HD DVD player that has a number of features necessary for true HD playback. Not only will this unit play HD-DVD’s but it also has the ability to play standard definition DVDs, CDs, CDRW, and upconverts SD to 720p or 1080i via HDMI.
