Hardcore gamers are fully aware that todays requirements to play PC games at full scale graphic potential is very taxing on a system. HD is not just big on TVs but it’s also a big deal when it comes to PCs and notebooks and AMD now has an offering to please the toughest crowds.
AMD announced today that they will be releasing a new HD Chip, the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3000 Series, for notebook computers. This new graphics processor will allow faster processing of HD content for video games. In addition, the processor will allow the viewing of full HD content via Blu-Ray or HDDVD drives.
Notebook users can play the latest Blu-ray and HD-DVD movies in full-HD 1080p resolution (HD display required) using ATI Avivo HD Technology which frees the CPU for other tasks.
